1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pick3, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Pick3. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each person may only hold one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be terminated and any associated funds forfeited.
4. Wallet & Payments
Funds deposited into your Pick3 wallet are used exclusively for purchasing tickets. Withdrawals are subject to verification and processing times. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification or fraud checks.
5. Game Participation
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets must be purchased before the draw locks. Any ticket purchased after the lock period will be applied to the next available draw.
6. Prizes & Payouts
Prize amounts are determined by the total pool for each draw. The house retains 20% of each pool. Prizes are credited to the winner's wallet automatically after the draw completes. In the event of a dispute, our records are final.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform. Collusion, fraud, or any attempt to manipulate draws will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pick3 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses incurred through use of the platform, including but not limited to technical failures, interrupted service, or unauthorized access to your account.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Pick3 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
